Abstract:
Disclosed are a garbage crushing system and a garbage crushing method. The garbage crushing system comprises a first crushing apparatus and a second crushing apparatus. The first crushing apparatus comprises a box body (21). The box body (21) comprises a material input port (25) and a material output port (26). The box body (21) is internally fixedly provided with at least one rotating shaft (24), and the rotating shaft (24) is provided with a crushing roller (22). The second crushing apparatus comprises a casing (5). A feeding port (1) is disposed at the front end of the casing (5), a discharging port (7) and a drainage port (61) are disposed at the rear end, and a mashing and grinding member (10) is placed in the casing (5). A proper amount of water is added into the casing (5), and the mashing and grinding member (10) in the casing (5) smashes, grinds, extrudes and pierces the garbage in a rotating process of the casing; the garbage is moved to the rear end of the casing in the rotating process, heavy materials are discharged from the drainage port (61), and light materials are overflowed from the discharging port (7). By using the method, primary election does not need to be carried on the garbage when the garbage is crushed; garbage is directly delivered into the first crushing apparatus for first crush and then is delivered into the second crushing apparatus for further crush, and all of the garbage is crushed, and accordingly, the efficiency of garbage treatment can be improved.
