Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a garlic antibacterial mixture as well as a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The preparation method comprises the following preparation steps: taking a garlic extract as a raw material, dissolving the raw material in a solvent, adding an oxidizing agent, and carrying out oxidation reaction to prepare a mixture. A novel allicin derivative in the present invention is high in antibacterial activity and wider in antibacterial spectrum, and can achieve a better effect compared with existing Merivon or allicin in respect of some germs. The synthesis method of the present invention is simple to operate, mild in reaction condition, suitable for industrial production requirements and can be used for preparing pesticides.
