Abstract:
This gas barrier laminate comprises a substrate layer including a resin, an inorganic oxide layer, and a gas barrier coating layer in the stated order. The gas barrier coating layer is a cured product of a composition, the composition including a water-soluble polymer, a first silicon compound constituted from a silicon alkoxide or the like represented by formula (1), and a second silicon compound constituted from a silicon alkoxide or the like represented by formula (2). The ratio of the water-soluble polymer among the water-soluble polymer and the second silicon compound is 55-95 mass%, and the ratio of the first silicon compound among the first silicon compound and the second silicon compound is greater than 0 mass% and no greater than 89 mass%. (1): Si(OR1)4. (2): (R2Si(OR3)3)n. (In formulas (1) and (2), R1 and R3 represent an alkyl group or the like, R2 represents an organic functional group, and n is an integer of 1 or greater.)
