Abstract:
A gas barrier laminate comprising a substrate layer, a gas barrier layer provided on at least one surface of the substrate layer, and an inorganic substance layer provided between the substrate layer and the gas barrier layer, a composition ratio of Zn measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy of the gas barrier layer is 1-10 atom%, when mass peak intensity of 64ZnPO4H- measured through time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectroscopy of the gas barrier layer is denoted by I(64ZnPO4H-) and mass peak intensity of C3H3O2 - is denoted by I(C3H3O2 -), the value of I(64ZnPO4H-)/I(C3H3O2 -) is 6×10-4 to 5×10-2, a composition ratio of N measured through X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy of the gas barrier layer is higher than 0 atom% and lower than or equal to 12 atom%, and when mass peak intensity of CN- measured by time-of-flight secondary ion spectroscopy of the gas barrier layer is denoted by I(CN-), the value of I(CN-)/I(C3H3O2 -) is higher than 0 and equal to or lower 2.
