Abstract:
Provided by an embodiment of the present invention is a gas barrier layered product comprising, in the stated order, a substrate, an inorganic vapor deposited layer containing an inorganic oxide, and a covering layer. The covering layer contains a carboxyl group-containing polymer (a), polyvalent metal-containing particles (b), a surfactant (c) and a silicon-containing compound (d). The silicon-containing compound (d) is at least one type selected from the group consisting of a silane coupling agent having a specific structure, a hydrolyzate thereof and a condensate thereof. The molar ratio of [number of moles (dt) of silicon-containing compound (d)/number of moles (at) of carboxyl groups in carboxyl group-containing polymer (a)], which is expressed by (dt/at), is 0.15-6.10%. The thickness of the covering layer is 230-600 nm. However, (d) in the molar ratio of (d)/(a) is the mass of the silicon-containing compound (d) calculated in terms of silane coupling agent.
