Abstract:
In a case where, during running of a gas compressor, low-purity product gas flows into the gas compressor, there is a negative consequence where low-purity product gas is supplied. In such case, in order to once again raise the purity of the product gas, the supply of the product gas from a gas boosting compression device is stopped, and the gas boosting compression device must be run to return the purity of gas inside a storage tank to a stipulated value, which results in wasteful power consumption. In order to solve such problems, the present invention is provided with the following: a gas separating device that separates a portion of a gas from air; a product gas tank A for storing a product gas, which is the gas separated by the gas separating device; a gas compressor for boosting the product gas stored in the product gas tank; a product gas tank B for storing the product gas which was boosted by the gas compressor; and a control unit for controlling the gas separating device and the gas compressor. The control unit controls the running and stopping of the gas compressor by using a product gas discharge signal of the gas separating device.
