Abstract:
Provided is a gas combustion management device in which a reference temperature can be freely set. A gas combustion management device (20) comprises: a flame detection sensor (22) that generates an electromotive force by being heated by a burner (12) flame; an on-off valve (24) that is connected to the flame detection sensor (22) and that electrically opens and closes a gas supply channel supplying gas to the burner (12); and a temperature management unit (30) that manages the temperature of cooking equipment heated by the burner (12) flame. The temperature management unit (30) comprises: a power source (32); a reference voltage generation unit (40) that generates a reference voltage from the power source voltage; a variable voltage generation unit (50) that includes a temperature sensor (58) to detect the temperature of the cooking equipment and that generates, from the power source voltage, a variable voltage varying in accordance with changes in the temperature of the temperature sensor (58); a comparison unit (60) that compares the reference voltage and the variable voltage and that outputs a comparison signal; and a switching unit (70) that connects to the on-off valve (24) in series or in parallel and that conducts or blocks current on the basis of the comparison signal.
