Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to optimize the cleaning and replacement frequency of a compressed air pre-filter and a cooling air pre-filter. To achieve said purpose, this gas compressor comprises: an intake filter in which a compressed air pre-filter that primarily removes dust is disposed in an intake port for compressed air in a housing, and that further secondarily removes dust; at least one compressor main body that suctions air through the intake filter and an intake passage and compresses the air; a motor that drives the compressor main body; an air cooler that cools the compressed air; a cooling fan that passes cooling air to the air cooler; a cooling air intake port that suctions from outside air with the cooling fan; a cooling air pre-filter provided to the cooling air intake port; and a control device that controls the operation of the compressor. The control device determines the cleaning and replacement frequency of the compressed air pre-filter and the cooling air pre-filter on the basis of a load factor serving as an indicator of an operating state.
