Abstract:
A gas concentration monitoring device (1) and method, and a sensor (100). Said device (1) comprises a sensing apparatus (10) and a processing apparatus (20); the sensing apparatus (10) comprises a first selective water-permeable film layer (13), a first sensing electrode (11) and a second sensing electrode (12); the first selective water-permeable film layer (13) is used for enabling the first sensing electrode (11) to be in contact with water molecules but not in contact with gas molecules to be measured, the first sensing electrode (11) is used for generating an electrical signal caused by a humidity change, the second sensing electrode (12) is used for generating a superimposed electrical signal caused by the humidity change and the gas molecules to be measured, and the processing apparatus (20) is used for obtaining, according to the electric signal and the superimposed electric signal caused by the humidity change, the concentration of a gas to be measured.
