Abstract:
A gas-discharging device (50) comprising: a flexible body part (51) that extends across substantially the full length of a cylindrical shaft (30, 90) of an energy device for dissection (e.g., an ultrasonic coagulation and dissection device (10) or an electrosurgical scalpel device (80)) having an energy generation part (32) for dissection at a tip thereof; a pair of capturing parts (52) that are provided at the body part (51) and that is for capturing the cylindrical shaft (30, 90); and a flow path formation part (54) that forms therein a flow path (56) for a mist produced from the energy generation part (32), wherein, by having the body part (51) flexed and the pair of capturing parts (52) being opened, attachment and detachment of the cylindrical shaft (30, 90) is made possible.
