Abstract:
A gas dividing device (100) which divides and supplies gas to first to N-th units (10-1 to 10-5) to be supplied with gas, the device (100) comprising first to N-th pipes (20-1 to 20-5), each of the first to N-th pipes being branched into first to N-th branch pipes at the downstream end. For each integer i between 1 and N inclusive, i-th branch pipe of the first to N-th pipes is jointly connected to a respective i-th unit to be supplied with gas, and each of the i-th branch pipes of the first to N-th pipes is provided with a valve (AVxy).
