Abstract:
The present invention reduces the amount of gas consumed when cooling gas by expanding the gas by using a plurality of expansion turbines. A high-pressure expansion turbine is equipped with a gas supply channel through which a bearing gas is supplied to a bearing part, and a gas discharge channel through which the bearing gas supplied to the bearing part by the gas supply channel is discharged. A low-pressure expansion turbine is equipped with a gas supply channel for supplying a bearing gas to a bearing part, and a gas discharge channel through which the bearing gas supplied to the bearing part by the gas supply channel is discharged. The bearing gas discharged from the gas discharge channel of the high-pressure expansion turbine is supplied to the gas supply channel of the low-pressure expansion turbine.
