Abstract:
Provided is a diagnosis device that diagnoses the degree of deterioration of an insulation gas in a gas insulation apparatus. A diagnosis device (3) according to the present disclosure is for a gas insulation apparatus (1) comprising a grounding tank (2) in which a mixed gas of an organic fluorine compound and an oxygen-containing gas is sealed as an insulation gas. The diagnosis device comprises: an oxygen concentration measurement unit (13) that measures an oxygen concentration of the insulation gas extracted from the grounding tank; and a diagnosis unit (16) that compares the oxygen concentration with an oxygen concentration threshold input in advance, and if the oxygen concentration is equal to or greater than the oxygen concentration threshold, the diagnosis unit determines that the degree of deterioration of the insulation gas is in a state in which a necessary insulation performance can be ensured, whereas if the oxygen concentration is less than the oxygen concentration threshold, the diagnosis unit determines that the degree of deterioration of the insulation gas is in a state in which the necessary insulation performance cannot be ensured.
