The gas-liquid circulating type of gas hydrate reactor according to the present invention comprises a main reactor body where a gas and water are supplied and a gas hydrate is produced, and a bubble generator disposed in the lower part of the circumference inside the main reactor body; and the gas, which is supplied to the lower part of the main reactor body, is sprayed via the bubble generator into the main reactor body. In the gas-liquid circulating type of gas hydrate reactor according to the present invention, stirring of the water and the gas proceeds smoothly as a water stream is formed in the lower part of the main reactor body while the gas is sprayed at high speed by using the bubble generator disposed in the lower part of the main reactor body in order to promote the reaction between the gas and the water held inside the main reactor body.
