Abstract:
A gas-liquid mixing reactive tank, which is a cylindrical tank, has an inlet and
an outlet. The inlet is used to introduce in the liquid containing ozone, and the
outlet is used to discharge the liquid that has been reacted in the tank. There
are multi-layers of mixing passage in the tank and each passage has numeral fine
flow-through holes on the crossbedded part, which makes the liquid bubbled to
increase the contacting area between the liquid and ozone gas. The circulation
reflux in the multi-layers of passage can bring the effect of laminar flow to increase
the mixing time of the liquid and ozone gas, which can improve the gas-liquid mixing
rate and the dissolving ratio, thereby enhance the sterilization efficiency.
