Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a soft porous polyurethane resin sheet (12) which has a large number of gas-permeable pores (12a); a metallic plate (14) which is provided with a large number of through-holes (14a) and on which the porous sheet (12) is superposed and attached so as to cover the through-holes (14a); a chamber member (20) which has a pair of sidewalls (26) raised from the bottom plate (24) of the chamber member (20), has the metallic plate (14) attached to the front ends of the sidewalls (26) to close the openings of the chamber member (20), and has chamber spaces (18a, 18b) formed inside the chamber member (20). The chamber member (20) has ribs (32) raised from the chamber space (18b)-side surface of the chamber member (20). The metallic plate (14) is affixed to the front ends of the ribs (32) and the front ends of the sidewalls (26) so as to be in contact therewith.
