Abstract:
A gas sensor (100) is provided with a cell array (101) having a plurality of cells (10) disposed in a matrix arrangement, a readout circuit (102) for reading out signals from the plurality of cells (10), and a signal processor (103) for processing the signals that have been read out. Each of the plurality of cells (10) has a gas molecule detector (101a) that is electrically isolated from adjacent cells (10), and an amplifier circuit (101b) that is electrically connected to the gas molecule detector (101a).
