Abstract:
A protector (100) comprises a double structure configured from: an inner protector (120) that on a peripheral wall and an end side thereof, comprises an end wall; and an outer protector (110) that forms a tube that surrounds the inner protector (120). Multiple outer supply holes (170) that connect the outside of the outer protector (110) and a gas separation chamber are formed on the peripheral wall (112) of the outer protector (110), at equal intervals along the circumference direction. In the direction of an axis (O), the outer supply holes (170) are formed at positions nearer the end side than the positions at which inner supply holes of the inner protector (120) are formed. The outer supply holes (170) are extendingly provided in the circumference direction of the peripheral wall (112), and are formed into a horizontal hole shape wherein the aperture length in the circumference direction is larger than the aperture length in the direction orthogonal to the circumference direction.
