Title:
GAS SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/105868
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To reduce the difference in thermal history between a thermistor forming a detection element and a thermistor forming a reference element. [Solution] A gas sensor 1 comprises: a detection circuit 10 including thermistors Rd1, Rd2; heater resistors MH1, MH2 that respectively heat the thermistors Rd1, Rd2; and a control circuit 20 that controls the connection relationship in the detection circuit 10 and the heating temperature of the heater resistors MH1, MH2. In a period of time T1, the control circuit 20 heats the heater resistors MH1, MH2 to 150°C and 300°C, respectively, and connects the thermistors Rd1, Rd2 in series. In a period of time T2, the control circuit 20 heats the heater resistors MH1, MH2 to 300°C and 150°C, respectively, and changes the connection relationship so that the amount of electric current flowing through the thermistors Rd1, Rd2 is different. This reduces the difference in self-heating amount of the thermistors Rd1, Rd2 in the period of time T2.
