Abstract:

Provided is a gate device with a pressure difference mitigating mechanism, wherein a gate is comprised of a folding door type gate divided in two to the left and right into a hanging gate and a door-tip gate axially supported on the hanging gate, and the door-tip gate is comprised of a pressure difference mitigating mechanism, the gate device having excellent operability such that the two gates can be activated integrally at normal times, and the door-tip gate can be opened first in order to reduce opening force when there is a pressure difference. Handle position, latch position, and torque are adjusted relative to a handle for opening and closing the gate, a door closer, a hinge closer for rotating the door-tip gate relative to the hanging gate, a latch (A) associated with the frame of the door-tip gate, and a latch (B) associated with the hanging gate of the door-tip gate.
