Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a gate that is capable of providing transmission information from a store or the like to a customer, and that can be used also as a security gate. [Solution] A gate 1 managing entry and exit of a customer M to/from a store and provided with a communication unit 10 capable of communicating with a customer terminal 5 of the customer M. The communication unit 10 communicates with a customer terminal 5 at least when the customer M enters the store, and thus is able to transmit, through the communication with the customer terminal 5, to the customer terminal 5, data pertaining to store transmission information (product information, discount information, discount coupon information, and the like) that is transmitted from the store to the customer. The gate 1 is provided with a display unit 20, and can display, on the display unit 20, the product information, discount information, and discount coupon information. The communication unit 10 is provided with an NFC tag or a beacon. The gate 1 can be provided with an alarm device 60 and can be used as a security gate.
