Abstract:
This gateway device comprises: a parameter analysis unit that is provided in the communication path between a private branch exchange and a cloud PBX, and is configured to receive and analyze response parameters related to other party response notifications from the private branch exchange via a first API; a message creation unit configured to create a message on the basis of the analysis result of the parameter analysis unit; and a message transmitting unit configured to transmit the message created by the message creation unit to the cloud PBX via a second API (Fig. 7).
