Abstract:
A gear motor, comprising a motor (1) and a speed reducer (2) which are in a connection fit with each other. An output end of the speed reducer (2) is fixedly connected to a front block plate (3). The front block plate (3) is fixedly connected to a rear block plate (5) by means of transverse plates (4) on both sides. An output shaft (6) of the speed reducer (2) passes through the front block plate (3) and the rear block plate (5). The output shaft (6) is of a segmented structure. A first friction disc (7) and a second friction disc (8) are fixed on cross sections, respectively. End surfaces of the first friction disc (7) and the second friction disc (8) are in a contact fit with each other. Bearings for supporting the output shaft (6) are mounted in both the front block plate (3) and the rear block plate (5). When the gear motor is stuck, the two friction discs slide relative to each other, thereby protecting the internal gear of the speed reducer and preventing the motor from being damaged, and improving the overall durability.
