Abstract:
A gear speed sensor output frequency test circuit, comprising an oscillation circuit (U1), a magnetic field alternating circuit, and a speed sensor, wherein the magnetic field alternating circuit comprises a switch (S1). A first boundary value frequency square wave output end and a second boundary value frequency square wave output end are respectively connected to two input ends of the switch (S1); an output end of the switch (S1) is connected to one end of a second resistor (R2), and the other end of the second resistor (R2) is connected to a gate of a MOS transistor (Q1); a first resistor (R1) and a parasitic capacitor (Cgs) are connected in parallel between the gate and a source of the MOS transistor (Q1); the first resistor (R1) and the parasitic capacitor (Cgs) are connected in parallel; the source of the MOS transistor (Q1) is grounded; a drain of the MOS transistor (Q1) is sequentially connected in series with a coil (L1) and a positive power supply voltage; two ends of the coil (L1) are connected in parallel with a first diode (D1); the anode of the first diode (D1) is connected to the drain of the MOS transistor (Q1), and the cathode of the first diode (D1) is connected to the positive power supply voltage. Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the advantages such as safely and efficiently testing the performance of the sensor in testing frequency boundary values.
