Abstract:
Provided are a gearshift device and a vehicle. The gearshift device comprises a mounting bracket (10), a rotating knob, a rotating swing arm and a gear controller. A gear track (11) is fixedly arranged on the mounting bracket (10). The rotating knob (20) is connected with the mounting bracket (10) through a rotating shaft. The rotating swing arm (30) is a movable piece with elastic expanding function and comprises a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is fixedly connected with the rotating knob (20), the second end is in contact connection with the gear track (11), the second end of the rotating swing arm (30) can move from an initial position (O) towards the first direction or the second direction along the gear track (11) and be matched with the gear track (11) to move back to the initial position (O). The gear controller (40) is used for acquiring rotating position changing information when the rotating swing arm (30) rotates, and is used for determining, according to the rotating position changing information, gear information input by applying rotating force through the rotating knob. In this way, the problem that potential safety hazards occur easily due to the fact that the gear of an existing rotating knob type electronic gearshift device vehicle designed through a non-reset type is kept in a corresponding output gear can be solved, and vehicle safety is ensured.
