Abstract:
A gel electrophoresis chip, comprising: a first substrate; a first plurality of parallel gel stripes formed on the first substrate, respectively extending in a first direction and having a certain width; and a second plurality of parallel isolators formed on the first substrate, respectively located between adjacent gel stripes and extending in a second direction different from the first direction, the isolators are arranged to form a micro-pore array with the gel stripe. After the gel electrophoresis chip achieves traditional protein two-dimensional gel electrophoretic separation, a protein sample suitable for spectrometry analysis is prepared in high throughput, thus greatly reducing spectrometry analysis pretreatment operation time, thereby being suitable for biological sample proteomic analysis.
