Abstract:
A gel-free needle-punching absorbent core, the core comprising a surface non-woven fabric layer (1), a middle layer and a bottom non-woven fabric layer (4); the middle layer comprises at least one cotton fiber layer (2) and at least one water-superabsorbent resin particle layer (3), and the core is formed by at least one needle-punching process. By means of the needle-punching process, the bottom non-woven fabric layer (4), the surface non-woven fabric layer (1) and the middle layer are interwoven and combined, and a glue application process for a traditional composite core is no longer used, thereby further reducing the existence of chemical substances in a product, not containing hot-melt adhesives, being more environmentally friendly.
