Abstract:
A method and device for generating a dynamic picture. The method comprises: generating a target vector according to a target static picture and predicting the target vector by using a prediction network to obtain a foreground dynamic picture, a foreground mask dynamic picture, and a background static picture (101); splitting the foreground dynamic picture and the foreground mask dynamic picture into at least one frame of foreground static picture and at least one frame of foreground mask static picture by frames, respectively (102); inputting a first frame of foreground static picture, a first frame of foreground mask static picture, and the background static picture into a first cell body of a long short-term memory network to predict a first frame of static screen (103); inputting an N-th frame of foreground dynamic picture, an N-th frame of foreground mask static picture, and an (N-1)th frame of static screen into an N-th cell body of the long short-term memory network to predict an N-th frame of static screen, and constituting the N-th static screen into the dynamic picture corresponding to the target static picture (104).
