Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of bioengineering, and provides a genetically engineered bacterium for co-production of 3-hydroxypropionic acid and 1,3-propanediol, and a construction method therefor and an application thereof. Escherichia coli W3110 (DE3) is used as a starting strain, a genetically engineered bacterium for co-production of 3-hydroxypropionic acid and 1,3-propanediol is constructed by utilizing the technical means of genetic engineering, and the fermentation process of the constructed genetically engineered bacterium is optimized, such that efficient co-production of 3-hydroxypropionic acid and 1,3-propanediol is realized.
