Abstract:
A gesture recognition method, a terminal, and a storage medium. The method may comprise: receiving a first millimeter wave via a millimeter wave device, the first millimeter wave being a reflected wave when a second millimeter wave transmitted by the millimeter wave device is modulated via a gesture movement (S101); processing the first millimeter wave on the basis of two types of time array and a Doppler estimation to produce at least one set of signal characteristic values corresponding to the first millimeter wave, each set of signal characteristic values of the at least one set of signal characteristic values corresponding to a frame signal in the first millimeter wave (S102); utilizing a database of correlations between standard characteristic values and control instructions in recognizing the at least one set of signal characteristic values to produce a first control instruction corresponding to the gesture movement (S103); and utilizing the first control instruction in controlling a first application to implement a corresponding function (S104).
