Abstract:

A method for manufacturing a ginger water composition containing a ginger extract according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: obtaining a ginger extract from ginger roots; mixing the ginger extract and an organic solvent; providing ultrasound to obtain a first solution; mixing the first solution and water; supplying heat to obtain a second solution; and filtering the second solution.
