Abstract:
A glass plate that has a plurality of dividing lines formed therein by laser irradiation. The dividing lines comprise a product line and a release line. The product line has a first in-plane void row that comprises a plurality of in-plane voids that are provided in a first main surface. Each in-plane void of the first in-plane void row has a corresponding product-line interior void row. The release line has a plurality of release-line interior void rows. When each release-line interior void row is extended to the first main surface and the points at which the extension lines cross the first main surface are virtual in-plane voids, the maximum center-to-center distance P2max between virtual in-plane voids that are adjacent to each other is greater than the maximum center-to-center distance P1max between in-plane voids that are adjacent to each other in the first main surface.
