Abstract:
A glass product shaping mould, a shaping device, and a machining method, the glass product shaping mould (100) comprising a mould body (10) and a sliding block (20) slidably mounted on the mould body (10) and facing one side of a glass product (200), the sliding block (20) having a first sloping face (21), and the glass product (200) being ejected from the mould body (10) by means of inserting the first sloping face (21) between the glass product (200) and the mould body (10). The problem of glass product deformation caused by uneven heat distribution, uneven shrinkage or excessive adhesion is avoided, ensuring the quality of the glass product; the glass product will not be disturbed by the mould body during cooling and shrinking, reducing the risk of glass product breakage; and disconnecting the glass product from the mould body can accelerate the cooling speed of the glass product, shortening the production cycle.
