Abstract:
A glass substrate detection apparatus, comprising a mounting rack (1) provided above a glass substrate; a sliding table that is movably provided on the mounting rack (1) along a first direction; and an illumination unit (2) used for irradiating detection light onto the glass substrate, wherein the illumination unit (2) is movably provided on the sliding table along a second direction. Therefore, the illumination unit can be moved along the first direction and the second direction. That is, the illumination unit can be moved to any position in a plane, thereby being capable of irradiating the detection light to any position of the glass substrate, and thus, the omnidirectional detection of the glass substrate is achieved, an observation blind region is eliminated, and the quality of a finished product can be improved.
