The present invention is characterized by comprising: a first plate-shaped section (2) that has edges provided on both ends in the width direction, and that is linear; an H-shaped second plate-shaped section (3) that has edges provided on both ends in the width direction, and that is provided with a left-side plate section (21), a right-side plate section (22), and a central plate section (23) that links, in a central section, the left-side plate section (21) and the right-side plate section (22); a junction section (4) at which the central section of the first plate-shaped section (2) and the central section of the second plate-shaped section (3) overlap and are joined together; a cover member (5) that integrally covers, at the front end and the rear end, the left-side plate section (21), the first plate-shaped section (2), and the right-side plate section (22); and a linking plate (6) that links the left-side plate section (21) to the first plate-shaped section (2) and the right-side plate section (22) to the first plate-shaped section (2) at the front end and the rear end.
