Abstract:
A series of gene engineered Thermoanaerobacterium saccharolyticum glucose isomerases having heat resistance, high catalytic activity, which are useful in levulose content determinating. The said glucose isomerases have a mutation at (186) position and having at least three mutation at (139, 182, 187) and (229) position of parent sequence (2), which convert the substrate-levulose into glucose, thus can be used to determine the levulose content of human body, or of certain organ within body, or of other organism, or of goods.
