Abstract:
A gluing apparatus and a glue binding machine. The gluing apparatus comprises a machine table (1), wherein a glue-solution-containing recess (2) is provided in the machine table (1), and a paper-separating rotary roller (3) and a gluing rotary roller (4) are disposed in parallel in the glue-solution-containing recess (2); and a scattering rotary roller (5) is further disposed in the machine table (1). An outer circumferential surface of the scattering rotary roller (5) is provided with several scattering protrusions (6) arranged along a spiral line, and the scattering rotary roller (5) is driven by a scattering electric motor (7) to rotate around an axis thereof. The paper-separating rotary roller (3) is provided with several paper separating thorns (9). A curved-surface glue stacking plate (12) is disposed at the front end of the gluing rotary roller (4), and the curved-surface glue stacking plate (12) is in contact with the gluing rotary roller (4). Glue spreading plates (13) are disposed on the front side of the curved-surface glue stacking plate (12), and two glue spreading plates (13) are provided and are disposed opposite each other; a gap is formed between the two glue spreading plates (13); and the curved-surface glue stacking plate (12) and the glue spreading plates (13) are all disposed in the glue-solution-containing recess (2).
