Abstract:
A gluing device, comprising a rubber roller (1) set on a sheet of wallboard, a glue feeding roller (2), a glue roller (8), a glue transfer roller (7) transferring the glue on the glue roller to the rubber roller, a scraper blade (9) fitted on the glue roller, and a glue hopper (10) for accommodating the lower part of the glue roller; the glue hopper is disposed below the glue roller; the rubber roller is disposed in front of the glue roller; the glue feeding roller is fitted rolling in front of the rubber roller; and the glue transfer roller is movably disposed between the glue roller and the rubber roller. The gluing device changes the way of gluing employed by products in the prior art, and effectively realizes uniform spreading of glue having low gram weight and glue having high viscosity, realizes adhesive effect using the minimum amount of glue, prevents paper distortion, reduces glue consumption, and ensures fast drying of the glued paper, thus reducing costs and improving efficiency.
