Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of antennas, and in particular, to a GNSS radio frequency front-end module based on an LTCC technology and a preparation method therefor. An electronic component of an LNA circuit and a GNSS antenna that is prepared by the LTCC technology are integrated on an LTCC ceramic substrate by means of an IPD technology; the electronic component on the LNA circuit is electrically connected to the GNSS antenna by means of a wiring on the ceramic substrate, i.e., two parts, namely the GNSS antenna and the LNA circuit are perfectly fused by using the IPD technology and an LTCC material, so that product miniaturization is implemented, and the problems such as cold soldering, missing soldering, large space occupied by an amplification circuit on a PCB board, and high costs are solved; and the problem that process is added due to separate mounting and operation of the antenna is also solved. Moreover, the GNSS radio frequency front-end module based on the LTCC technology may be widely applied to various navigation and positioning devices and has high practicability.
