Abstract:
A GOA drive unit and a GOA drive circuit. The GOA drive unit comprises a bidirectional selecting unit. The bidirectional selecting unit is started under the actions of a first control signal (CK1) and a second control signal (CK2) with time sequences being complementary to each other, and outputs a first selection signal (INF); and the bidirectional selecting unit is started under the actions of a third control signal (CK3) and a fourth control signal (CK4) with time sequences being complementary to each other, and outputs a second selection signal (INB). The GOA drive unit can decrease the influence of a stress effect, and improve the reliability of the GOA drive circuit.
