Abstract:

A golf ball, comprising a core (1), a middle layer (3), and a cover (5), characterized in that the middle layer (3) further comprises a plurality of openings through which the core (1) is exposed, the outer peripheral surface of the middle layer (3) and the surfaces of the core (1) exposed through the openings are positioned on a generally same spherical surface, and the hardness of the middle layer (3) is higher than that of the core (1). Thus, the golf ball can provide both high repulsion and soft feeling in hitting.
