Abstract:

A golf club (30) including a shaft (32) and a club head (36) coupled to the shaft. The club head includes a strike face (44), a shell (56) defining an interior volume and a skeletal structure (50). The skeletal structure (50) advantageously comprises a plurality of elongate skeletal members (52A, 52B, and 52C) and a weight (54) substantially entirely supported by the skeletal structure, wherein the weight (54) and the skeletal structure (50) collectively comprise at least 30 % of the entire weight of the club head.
