[3] In general, golf course consists of teeing ground, fairway and green, and there is a tee fixed on teeing ground plain and there is a golf ball put on tee stuck on teeing ground, then there is first shot of golf ball put on it. And there is a fairway between teeing ground and putting green, and there is a lawnturf well for a steadily gazing target point of tee shot.

[4] But fairway between teeing ground and putting green is not only made but water hazard and bunker are made for offensive zest in deliberate.

[5] In any how, golfers carry golf club 13ea on an average, as per wooden 3ea, iron

9ea and putter lea, and wooden club of which shape of head is round is applied to putt ball as far as away and to use for tee shot at teeing ground. And iron club is mainy applied to use in fairway and its head is formed griddle of shaped triangle, and to suitably chooseits club at depending upon distance in second shot. As well-known, such iron is applied to attack hole at fairway and its materials are composed of metals, as steel, titanium and marazing etc.. And putter is used at near hope cup, viz at green, and its head is shaped a rectangle, and used to putt and roll a ball.

[6] Ball mark is applied to mark the point of golf ball situated at the near hole cup, viz aforesaid ball mark is used to mark the point of golfer himself s putting ball placed undergolf playing.

[7] Such ball mark usually shaped as coin is placed on the point of golf ball situated on green and golf ball is picked up, then the point of golfer's ball can be distinguished at his putting ball. The materials of such ball are composed of metal or resin, and resin ball mark which is stuck to the point of ball situated can be moved throgh effect of wind, then metal ball mark is recently improved to use much.

[8] However, aforesaid ball mark is much inconvenienced for keeping and carrying.

[9] That is inconvenienced for keeping it, due carrying in golfer's pocket, then aforesaid ball mark is especially missing from time to time.

[10] For solution of such matter, the applicant himself for patent applied and obtained the registration on new design, No.339, 166 (Hereinafter called as to 'Beforehand Registration') for named "a golf club with ball mark."

[11] The applicant himself s 'Beforehand Registration' is adopted for convenient using a golf club with ball mark tagged on and removed from golf club and improved its carry and keep.

Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem

[13] The applicant himself s 'Beforehand Registration' considers that it is conscious of inconvenience for using golf club, upon the magnetic forces becoming weakened of aforesaid hollow magnetized being able to tag on and remove from, due the first upper part depressed of golf club. Technical Solution

[14] Thus, for the applicant's aims is to settle its various problems in aforesaid

'Beforehand Registration', to provide and improve the golf club of which ball mark is equipped being able to be easily tagged on and removed from, and with which hollow magnetized is pasted on exterior side of golf club and on aforesaid material magnetized by strengthening magnetism on inside hollow, for carrying and keeping the ball mark of the golf club.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[22] This design for accomplishing aforesaid aim is characterized that golf club is made of hollow magnetized fixed on any part of golf club and ball mark, possessing material of magnetic property, being able to be tagged on and removed from aforesaid material of magnetic property and is made of a open hole fixed on one upper part where top surface is adhered to be shown up and set up aforesaid hollow magnetized on the open hole fixed.

[23] It is characterized one selected among material magnetized and metals disclosed on the surface of the bottom in aforesaid ball mark.

[26] Golf club (100) is illustrated in this design, and putter is illustrated among golf club. Such golf club (100) consists of head (112) putting golf ball and shaft (114) extended from aforesaid head (112). There is a handle (116) for gripping golf club in the first part of shaft (114).

(120) which is made of metal is equipped this hollow magnetized. Aforesaid ball mark (120) being able to be tagged on and removed from is same or similar size to ball mark used in usual. This can easily be tagged on and removed from hollow magnetized.

[28] Thus, by ball mark (120), tagged on and removed from, is adhered to hole magnetized (130) equipped in golf club (100), aforesaid ball mark (120) is easily kept and carried and prevented its miss, and aforesaid hole magnetized (130) is equipped to putter among golf club, then aforesaid ball mark (120) can more conveniently be used, due ball mark (120) is usually used in near area of hole cup.

[29] Therefore, in event it is necessary to use ball mark at golf match its use is so convenient, due putter is usually used and ball mark equipped to putter is used.

[31] There is the executive illustration for equipping aforesaid hole magnetized (130) on the first part of golf club (100). In such executive illustration, the hole fixed (102) is equipped on the first part of golf club (100) for equipping aforesaid hole magnetized (130) and aforesaid hole magnetized (120) is inserted to and fixedly equipped in the hole fixed (102) by using adhesives (140).

[32] The hole fixed (102) is formed its center and concentric circles in the first part of golf club (120) and the upper part opened, and the hole magnetized (130) is inserted to and fixedly equipped in the hole fixed (102) by adhesives (140). One side of aforesaid hole magnetized (130) becomes shown up to the exterior.

[33] Thus, when the hole magnetized (130) is equipped on the first part of golf club

(100), by the hole fixed (102) is formed on the first part of golf club (100) and the hole magnetized (120) is equipped and shown up to the exterior, ball mark (120) tagged on and removed from is adhered aforesaid hole magnetized (130) is more certainly adhered than Ball mark (120) tagged on and removed from is, so ball mark is easily kept and carried.

[35] On Drawing 3, in event ball mark (120) is made of a material non-tagged and non-

removed from a material magnetized, for example Gold, Silver and Copper etc., one among material magnetized or metals(122) is adhered and the surface of the bottom is disclosed for ball mark easily tagged on and removed from aforesaid material magnetized(130).

[36] It is no consequence to adapt a material magnetized (130) adhered on one part of aforesaid golf club for a metal material (122) adhered on ball mark (120). That is, metal material, material non-magnetized, adhered on one part of aforesaid golf club and material magnetized being able to be tagged on and removed from adhered on ball mark (120). Of course, vice versa, it is no hindrance, and material magnetized adhered on both parts, too, and, at this moment, one part of aforesaid golf club that on both magnets adhered to golf club and ball mark each, be care of 'N' Pole and 'S 'Pole of magnets.

[37] Especially, in event aforesaid ball mark is made of Gold or Silver it is promoted to a high grade.

[38] In event metal material (122) or material magnetized adhered inside such ball mark

(120), aforesaid ball mark (120) is formed as one, or used adhesive to adhere the composition.

[39] By this design possessing such illustration, in event ball mark (120) needs to use during golf match golf club, that is at the situation of going up to green with carrying putter, ball mark adhered on putter is removed from putter and mark the situation of ball, then ball is picked up and ball mark is used. Afterward, at he person himself s turn, carry golf club, viz putter is carried and goes up to green, then puts ball on the situation of ball mark and collects ball mark, and then adheres ball mark on aforesaid putter, so its use is so convenient.
