Disclosed in the present invention is a golf putting posture correcting and practicing device, comprising a head positioning structure, an external guiding plate, an internal guiding plate, and a limiting caliper for controlling a distance between the external guiding plate and the internal guiding plate. The head positioning structure is a head positioning mirror or a positioning structural surface; the head positioning mirror is composed of a mirror surface and a support; an inclined angle of the mirror surface is 63-90 degrees; the positioning structural surface comprises at least one positioning surface which is perpendicular to the horizontal plane and parallel with a ball positioning line; a ball positioning hole is provided at the center point of the limiting caliper; the ball positioning line is provided on the internal guiding plate; a limiting caliper socket for fixing an end part of the limiting caliper is provided at the side edge of the internal guiding plate. The front and rear positions of the head can be easily determined, and shaking of the head is prevented; whether the head shakes after putting can be determined, and an effect of concentrating the attention is achieved; the memories of neck, back and waist muscles on the positioning of the head are enhanced; the device has a good application prospect.
