Abstract:
A goods flexible replenishment method, apparatus, and system, and a control system. The method comprises: a replenishment link: on the basis of desired goods information of a sorting module (106), conveying a desired goods box from a warehousing system and/or a goods preparation system (102) to a replenishment unit of a replenishment module (104), and the replenishment unit separating goods from an outer box to obtain goods to be sorted; a carrying link: on the basis of the desired goods information of the sorting module (106), an automatic carrying device automatically carrying the goods to be sorted generated by the replenishment unit in the replenishment link to a sorting unit of the sorting module (106) along a carrying route; and a sorting link: feeding the goods to be sorted automatically transported from the carrying link to the sorting unit of the corresponding sorting module (106), and the sorting unit performing a sorting operation on the basis of sorting order information. The operation processes of replenishment and sorting can be simplified, and the overall operation efficiency and the redundancy are improved.
