Abstract:
In order to activate communication among workers, the present invention is characterized by comprising a self-propelled autonomously moving device (2) capable of transporting foods and drinks, a sensor (5) for acquiring information on a worker (P) located in a meeting space (MR) surrounding a stop area (WP) for giving and receiving the foods and the drinks transported by the autonomously moving device (2), a monitoring unit for monitoring whether or not the worker (P) is present in the meeting space (MR) on the basis of the information acquired from the sensor (5), and a process management unit for instructing the autonomously moving device (2) to provide the foods and the drinks if the worker (P) is present in the meeting space (MR), wherein the autonomously moving device (2), after reaching the place for providing the foods and the drinks, remains in-place and continues to provide the foods and the drinks until the next instruction arrives.
