Abstract:
A gradient material for guiding regeneration of periodontal hard and soft tissues and a preparation method therefor. The gradient material comprises a 3D printing scaffold layer and an electrostatic spun fibrous membrane layer. A micropore structure of the electrostatic spun fibrous membrane can prevent migration of gingival fibroblasts to a root surface to act as a mechanical barrier and facilitate transmission of nutrition and metabolism substances. Individualized repair of alveolar bone can be realized according to clinical requirements since the structure and shape of the 3D printing scaffold layer are highly designable. The preparation method is simple and stable, and the gradient material integrates a periodontal guided tissue regeneration membrane and an alveolar bone repair scaffold material and has a potency to realize clinical customized treatment. The gradient material has a good effect of guiding the repair of the hard and soft tissues in vivo and can be better applied to synchronous regeneration or repair of the alveolar bone and the periodontal tissues.
