Abstract:
A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet provided with a ceramic undercoat film and an insulating coating, wherein a critical breaking shear stress τ between the undercoat film and a ferrite is set to 50 MPa or greater, whereby is provided a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet which has excellent insulation properties, space factor, and magnetic characteristics, and in which a coating film is not damaged even when subjected to magnetic domain subdivision by thermal strain.
