Abstract:
Granular drug preparations containing isoleucine, leucine and valine as the active ingredients characterized by containing grains of the three amino acids (i.e., isoleucine, leucine and valine) as granulation materials containing isoleucine grains and leucine grains having a grain size of 20 to 700 $g(m)m. Thus, the bitterness and unfavorable taste characteristic to the amino acids in granular drug preparations containing isoleucine, leucine and valine as the active ingredient, which are efficacious remedies for liver diseases, can be effectively regulated.
