Abstract:
The present invention provides: a granulated particle prediction method which makes it possible to predict the particle size and component concentration of granulated particles even when moisture content or blending conditions of a raw material differ; a granulated particle production method; a granulated particle production device; and a sintered ore production method. Provided is granulated particle prediction method for granulated particles obtained by adding moisture to a sintering raw material that includes an iron-containing raw material and coke breeze and performing granulation with a granulator, wherein a particle size prediction model is used to predict the particle size of granulated particles, said particle size prediction model using, as input, granulation conditions which include the blending ratio of raw materials included in the sintering raw material and the moisture content of the sintering raw material at the time of granulation, and producing, as output, the particle size of granulated particles.
